Julie A. Schertell, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms. Schertell has been in this role since May 2020. Prior to this role, Ms. Schertell was the Chief Operating Officer from December 2019 to May 2020, President of Technical Products from September 2018 to December 2019, and President of Fine Paper & Packaging, from January 2011 - September 2018. Ms. Schertell joined the Company in 2008 and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Fine Paper division through December 2010. Ms. Schertell was employed by Georgia-Pacific Corporation in the Consumer Products Retail division, where she served as Vice President of Sales Strategy from 2007-2008, and as Vice President of Customer Solutions from 2003 through 2007.

Paul F. DeSantis is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Neenah Inc. Prior to joining Neenah, Paul served as CFO & Treasurer of OMNOVA Solutions Inc., a global producer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces.

Paul has also served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Assistant Corporate Secretary of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. and as CFO of the A. Schulman Company. He also held a number of executive leadership roles with the Scotts-Miracle-Gro Company, culminating in his role as Vice President & Corporate Treasurer. Paul’s early career was spent in finance positions of increasing responsibility with the Kellogg Company and General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC).

Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University, double majoring in marketing and international business. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s School of Business Administration.

Byron J. Racki, is the Senior Vice President, Segment President, Technical Products. Mr. Racki has been in this role since July 2020. Prior to this role Mr. Racki was President – Fine Paper and Packaging from October 2018 to December 2019, and President - Performance Materials, from January 2017 to October 2018. Mr. Racki joined the Company in 2006 and has served in areas of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Specialty Products in 2014 and 2015 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Fine Paper division in 2012 and 2013. Prior to joining Neenah, Mr. Racki was employed by Kimberly-Clark in the Family Care division in various finance positions. Mr. Racki earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Iowa.

Kingsley E. Shannon, is Senior Vice President, Segment President, Fine Paper & Packaging. Ms. Shannon has been in this role since July 2020. Prior to this, Ms. Shannon was Vice President of Sales & Global Marketing Services for the Fine Paper and Packaging Business to Consumer Division from December 2017 to June 2020, and Vice President of Marketing for the Fine Paper and Packaging Business to Business Division from August 2015 – November 2017. Ms. Shannon joined the Company in February 2014 as Director of Marketing, Fine Paper & Packaging for the Business to Business Division. Ms. Shannon currently sits on the Board of Directors for the USDA Paper & Packaging Board and serves as Marketing Committee Chairperson. Prior to joining Neenah, Ms. Shannon was employed by leading fortune 500 companies in various Brand Management, Marketing and Sales positions. Ms. Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Michael W. Rickheim, is the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Administrative Officer of the Company. Prior to this role, Mr. Rickheim served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Newell Brands, a Fortune 250 consumer goods company. Before his promotion to CHRO, he held various roles of increasing responsibility related to HR business partnership, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, inclusion & diversity and communications. He has also served on numerous Boards of Directors for a variety of non-profit organizations, including the Naismith Awards & Atlanta Tipoff Club, Atlanta Sports Council, The Newell Brands Foundation and the Direct Employers Association. Mr. Rickheim joined the Company in April 2020.

Noah S. Benz, is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and has been in that role since August of 2018. Mr. Benz served as Neenah’s Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2010 through 2018 and Associate General Counsel from 2005 through 2010. Prior to his employment with Neenah Mr. Benz served as Associate General Counsel for Mariner Health Care, Inc., a nursing home and long-term acute care hospital company. Mr. Benz engaged in the private practice of law with Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough and Chamberlain Hrdlicka from 1998 through 2003. Mr. Benz received his JD, with honors, from the Emory University School of Law in 1998.

Larry N. Brownlee, is the Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and has been in that role since July 2004. From 1990 to 2004, Mr. Brownlee served as Controller of several public companies in the electric utility, telephone and healthcare industries. From 1979 to 1990, Mr. Brownlee was with Arthur Andersen & Co. and provided audit services to clients primarily in the manufacturing, utility and healthcare industries. Mr. Brownlee received his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
