The Neenah Paper Audit Committee has adopted certain Whistleblower Procedures (in English / in German) to ensure that Neenah Paper maintains the highest standards of conduct. Employees and other interested parties may submit complaints or concerns regarding the accuracy of our financial statements, press releases or other public disclosures, accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters to the "complaint supervisor". The Audit Committee has designated Neenah Paper's General Counsel as the "complaint supervisor" and a complaint or concern can be addressed (in writing, by telephone or in person) to Steven S. In addition, you can report ethical issues through our anonymous Ethics Point hotline link by clicking here.
